Project Overview

WVFRM partnered with CBUS to produce a narrative-driven case study video aimed at showcasing how CBUS supports individuals and businesses across different life stages. Rather than presenting statistics or feature lists, the brief was to humanise CBUS’s offering, by focusing on real members and real business owners whose lives and operations are improved through CBUS support.

To achieve this, we filmed a series of interviews with members and business owners, capturing their stories, contexts and testimonials firsthand. The production included a variety of real-world environments, reflecting different demographics and work-life scenarios to show CBUS’s broad reach and impact.

Through careful editing, authentic story-telling and clear visual storytelling, the final video communicates CBUS’s value proposition in a way that feels personal, trustworthy and accessible. The result is a versatile, high-quality video asset that positions CBUS as a supportive, member-focused organisation, ideal for website placement, social content, member onboarding or stakeholder communications.
