WVFRM worked with RACV to produce a video project capturing the organisation’s participation in autonomous-vehicle trials and broader transport-innovation initiatives. Recognising that AV technology and trial data can be difficult for non-experts to digest, the brief was to translate this complexity into clear, engaging visual stories.
Through dynamic shooting, narrative framing and professional editing, the video brings to life the promise and reality of autonomous mobility — from testing environments to stakeholder commentary. It balances technical credibility with human-centred storytelling, making the benefits, challenges and future potential of AVs easy to understand.
The resulting asset gives RACV a powerful communication tool: ideal for public outreach, internal briefings, stakeholder presentations, and wider community engagement. It helps demystify autonomous-vehicle tech, improves transport-literacy among viewers, and positions RACV as an organisation leading the conversation on future mobility in Australia.
RACV needed a clear, engaging way to communicate complex ideas around autonomous vehicles, trials, safety implications and the future of transport, in a way that would be accessible to general audiences unfamiliar with the technicalities. Traditional reports or written briefings risked being too dry or confusing for non-specialists.
WVFRM produced a polished video (or video series) that translates technical and policy-level content about AV trials into digestible visual storytelling. Using strong cinematography, clean graphics and narrative structure, we wove together context, visuals and messaging to demystify autonomous-vehicle technology and highlight RACV’s role and commitment.
The final video assets provided RACV with engaging, professional public-facing content that supports public education, stakeholder communication, and helps frame autonomous vehicles as a viable future for transport. The project boosted transparency, informed broader audiences, and strengthened RACV’s position as a forward-thinking transport stakeholder.
