Before the day
A few days out, you receive a call sheet: arrival time, who we are filming and when, the rooms or areas we need, and a contact on site.
We will already have visited the location with you to confirm the shot list. If we need parking, building access or a site induction, we sort it out with you in advance.
How the day runs
Arrival and set-up
We arrive before your team needs us and set up quietly in the agreed space, so meetings and work carry on around us.
Interviews
Each person gets a relaxed warm-up off camera first, then a conversation on camera. We keep to the schedule so nobody waits around.
Supporting footage
We film the real work happening: people at their desks, on site, with customers. This is the footage that makes the story believable.
Check-in on the monitor
Before we pack up, we show you the key shots so you can be confident we have what the video needs.
Wrap
We pack down and leave the space as we found it, at the time we agreed.
Who turns up
Our crew is sized to the project and brings cinema cameras, lighting and sound gear.
Usually a crew of three
Five to ten people on set
Around ten
Vertical social content
If you have added a content creator, they film alongside us on the same day.
Example: John Monash Foundation

Our shoot days run the same way whoever is in front of the camera.
For the General Sir John Monash Foundation, we filmed real Scholars for a brand film that ran nationally online and in cinemas.

Shoot time is the biggest part of any quote.
A content creator on set adds from $600 + GST. See the video production cost guide.
