What you get when we deliver
As standard, you can use the final edited videos on your website and social media. National TV broadcast carries an additional usage fee, agreed in your proposal before we start.
Release forms for everyone on camera
Anyone who appears in a video and can be identified should give written permission to be filmed and to have the footage used.
Each person signs a release form on the day, explaining in plain words how the video will be used. If your organisation has its own release form, we use that instead.
Music and stock footage
The music in your video is licensed for the uses agreed in your proposal. If you later want to run the video somewhere new, such as a paid TV campaign, the music licence may need to be extended. The same applies to any stock footage.
Paid ads and talent
Videos made for paid advertising sometimes need extra permissions, especially when they feature paid actors or voiceover artists, whose fees often depend on where and for how long the ad runs. We plan for this when we quote campaign work.
Raw footage
Raw footage is the unedited material from the shoot. Access to raw files is available for a fee.
If you think you will want to re-edit the video yourselves later, tell us at the brief stage.
Our portfolio
We only show a project in our portfolio, showreel or case studies with your permission. Confidential and internal projects stay private.
How long we keep your files
We keep project files and footage in secure storage after delivery, so we can make changes or new edits later.
Kept for six months
Archived, with a fee to retrieve
