WVFRM partnered with The Founders Invitational to produce a cinematic promotional campaign entirely using generative AI video technology. This premium golf tournament at Huntingdale Golf Club required innovative content delivery within a compressed timeframe, with the client specifically requesting an end-to-end AI production workflow. The objective was to create a sophisticated, broadcast-quality promotional video that showcases the calibre of the event, featuring professional golfers Ian Baker-Finch and Geoff Ogilvy, while demonstrating WVFRM's emerging capabilities in AI-generated content production. The event takes place 11 September 2026 at Huntingdale Golf Club, with marquee sponsors including Genesis, Titleist, Tennis Australia, 67PallMall, PGA First Tee, and RGB Australia.
The client requested a complete AI-generated video campaign with just one week to delivery. This presented multiple technical hurdles: generating photorealistic footage of golfers in realistic game scenarios using generative AI, maintaining consistent visual quality across six distinct scenes, ensuring smooth transitions and proper physics for ball movement, and integrating sponsor branding within an entirely AI workflow.
Traditional production timelines were infeasible; the team needed to master rapid iteration with generative models, troubleshoot recurring issues like subject positioning and unwanted slow motion, and deliver final assets without compromising on visual fidelity or brand alignment.
WVFRM adopted a scene-by-scene AI generation methodology using Seedance 2.5 model via Higgsfield Cinema Studio 4.0. The team developed a structured prompting framework employing explicit subject references, precise camera language, time-segmented action descriptions, and continuous shot directives to minimize generative artifacts.
When initial outputs underperformed, the workflow pivoted to completely new approaches rather than incremental adjustments, dramatically accelerating iteration cycles. All text overlays, animated borders, sponsor logo placement, and AI-generated voiceover were layered in Adobe After Effects post-production, ensuring brand consistency and sponsor integration across the final deliverable.
The production maintained transparent communication with the client throughout, normalising AI iteration cycles and credit depletion as standard workflow components rather than setbacks.
WVFRM delivered a polished 30-45 second cinematic promo video with optional 15-second social media cuts, completed within the one-week deadline. The final asset showcases both the event's premium positioning and WVFRM's fluency with generative AI production pipelines.
The project demonstrates that AI video generation, when paired with strategic post-production work and rapid iteration methodology, can deliver broadcast-quality promotional content at speed and scale. The campaign is now positioned for deployment across digital platforms, email newsletters, and social channels leading up to the event.
WVFRM embraced an ambitious AI-first production approach and delivered exactly what we needed in a tight timeframe. Their technical fluency with generative video and willingness to iterate made the difference." - Julie Cassidy, The Founders Invitational
